She takes the necessary time to explain, in detail, the issue, the treatment, the followup. She has a great sense of humor -- a bonus!! She puts her client at ease; explains all aspects of the procedure and engages in concerned follow up. I wish I had had the benefit of the information she provided in our session 50 years ago!!
