Small group training that moves you forward

Our small group fitness classes at Hurt & Co. combine expert coaching, strength-focused programming, and a supportive environment to help you move better, get stronger, and stay consistent. Designed for all levels, each class is intentionally capped to ensure individualized attention and proper form. 

Whether you're new to lifting, returning from an injury, or simply looking for a no-nonsense workout that works, you’ll find the structure and support you need here. We rotate class offerings seasonally based on demand and space. Check back often or contact us for current schedules and availability.

What sets our classes apart

Our classes are suitable for anyone from beginners to regular gym goers. Our instructors are certified personal trainers, who are extremely knowledgeable and will provide you with workouts that are scalable for all levels of fitness. We also have an awesome community that is welcoming to all!

These aren't fast-paced bootcamps or high-impact cardio circuits

We focus on: 

  • Foundational lifts (squats, hinges, presses, pulls)
  • Progressive overload and strength development
  • Core control, mobility, and joint stability
  • Recovery strategies and injury resilience

  • Intro to Strength – Perfect for beginners
  • Strength for Runners & Cyclists – Cross-training support
  • Lifting Fundamentals – Technique-based strength work
  • Core + Mobility – Focused control and movement quality
  • Post-PT Progressions – For clients transitioning from physical therapy
