We feel strongly about maximizing our health and fitness goals. With this in mind, we are excited to announce our Sunlighten Infrared Sauna—the only medical-grade sauna available.

How infrared light works

These health benefits are achieved through exposure to Infrared light. Infrared light includes 3 wavelengths that sit right below visible red light on the spectrum of light. These 3 wavelengths; far (FIR), mid (MIR), and near (NIR), are based on wave size, frequency, and the amount of energy they carry.

The Sunlighten Infrared Sauna is the only medical-grade sauna available that has supporting research to ensure you are receiving all 3 wavelengths of infrared light.
