Before purchasing, please review the following terms and conditions for Hurt & Co gift cards:

Eligible services‍

Hurt & Co gift cards can be redeemed for gym memberships*, personal training sessions, physical therapy, group fitness classes, infrared sauna appointments, and merchandise.

Excluded services

Gift cards cannot be applied to services provided by partner providers, such as massage therapy.

Expiration policy

Gift cards expire 365 days from the date of purchase. Any unused balance remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited.

Delivery Format

Hurt & Co gift cards are digital only. No physical gift cards will be issued. Your gift card will be delivered via email to your inbox shortly after purchase. You also have the choice to send a copy to a recipient, which will be delivered shortly after purchase OR on the date of you chose during checkout.

Non-refundable

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, except as required by law.

Lost or stolen gift cards

Gift cards are treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. Please keep your gift card number safe.

Usage restrictions

Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with promotions, discounts, or special offers unless otherwise stated.

Reloadable

Hurt & Co gift cards are not reloadable.
