With over 15 years of experience in medical administration, she brings a deep understanding of healthcare operations. Holding a degree in psychology with a focus on integrative health, she has a passion for creating systems that truly support both providers and patients. She also brings a strong creative edge and will be leading the development and growth of our social media presence.

As an operations manager, she thrives on organization and efficiency, ensuring the business runs seamlessly so the team can focus on what matters most: exceptional patient and client care. She takes pride in being part of a practice’s success and is especially excited to contribute to a direct care model where patients always come first.

Originally from Maine, she has lived and worked across the country, gaining a broad perspective from both the West and East Coasts. A lifelong athlete and competitive Olympic weightlifter, she brings discipline, resilience, and a strong team mindset into everything she does. She believes that working as a team is not only effective but empowering.

Outside of work, she’s a self-proclaimed foodie, dog and animal lover, and enthusiast of anything involving water, Jeep adventures, and a little friendly competition. Known for her love of puns and appreciation for life’s little moments, she brings both heart and humor to her role every day.
