MEET YOUR TRAINER

Hi, I'm Morgan

My journey into personal training began with a passion for fitness. I was always very disciplined in my own training, and over time, I began helping my friends and family with their fitness, too. I wrote programs and made Bootcamps for them, and was always the “running buddy." It wasn't long before I realized that I could help more folks with their fitness!

My main goal is to help my clients achieve their specific training objectives, whether it's improving physique, building strength, or mastering a new skill like doing your first pushup.

I hold a nutrition certification through ACE and have extensive experience coaching both group classes and one-on-one sessions. I'm excited to help you start or continue your fitness journey, and I look forward to seeing the progress we can achieve together!
